Crane Hire & Lift Engineering · Cairo

Egypt’s heavy lifting partner — cranes, engineering and crews.

More than sixty cranes between 30 and 800 tonnes, owned and maintained by us and working on sites the length of Egypt. Every job leaves the yard with a lift study, certified rigging gear and a crew that has run the sequence before.

The Company
PCE Cranes lifting equipment on an industrial site in Egypt

We are an Egyptian lifting contractor: our own cranes, our own transport and our own engineers on every job we take.

Maintained in-house

Machines are serviced, load-tested and inspected in our Cairo workshop, so what arrives on site is the unit that was promised, in the condition it was promised in.

Built for hard picks

Contractors bring us restricted access, live plants, night shifts and tight windows — we plan around the constraint instead of around the chart.

By the Numbers

Capacity you can verify, not capacity we advertise.

Taken straight from our fleet register and job records. Every machine listed is one we own and can show you in the yard.

800T

Heaviest single machine in the yard, with tandem configurations planned above that.

65+

Cranes owned outright across five classes, dispatched from Cairo to sites nationwide.

100+

Completed contracts in building, infrastructure, energy, marine and industrial work.

What Comes With the Crane

The work that happens long before the boom goes up.

01

Lift Studies & Method Statements

We model the pick before we quote it — load charts, radius envelopes, ground bearing pressure and clash checks, issued as a signed method statement your HSE team can review.

02

Rigging & Below-the-Hook Design

Spreader bars, slings, shackles and lifting lugs are selected, calculated and certified in-house, including load sharing for tandem picks.

03

Transport & Site Access

Route surveys, permits, low-beds and modular trailers move oversized components and crane assemblies into place — including the access roads and mat layouts needed to get there.

04

Crews & Supervision

Certified operators, banksmen and lift supervisors run the shift, with load monitoring on every machine and a demobilisation sequence agreed before the first pick.

Common Questions

What contractors usually ask us first.

Our largest single machine is an 800-tonne crawler, with a 750-tonne lattice boom unit alongside it. Heavier or awkward loads are planned as tandem picks, so the real limit comes out of the rigging study rather than any one crane.

Smaller all-terrain and rough terrain units usually reach sites in and around Cairo within a day or two. Crawler and lattice machines require transport permits, escorts and assembly, so we normally lock those in about a week ahead with your site team.

Quotes cover the complete operation: crane, operator, rigging crew, certified gear and supervision, plus mobilisation and assembly where relevant. You get one figure and one point of accountability rather than a stack of separate suppliers.

Yes. Our transport division handles route survey, permits, escorted haulage, offloading and final positioning, so a single contract can follow the component from the fabrication yard all the way onto its foundation.

Regularly. Our machines run across the Delta, Upper Egypt, the Canal Zone, the Red Sea coast and the Western Desert, and we mobilise regionally for longer-term industrial and energy contracts.

Enquiries

Tell us the load. We will tell you the machine.

Weight, radius, headroom and ground conditions are usually enough for us to come back with a suitable crane, a rigging outline and a price — normally the same working day.
